Handicap Champion Zach	The 2014-2015 season opener went off without a hitch thanks to the crew at the Berthoud Gun Club, thanks for all your hard work and support. It was a wonderful day to shoot with mild fall weather and just a little wind. It was amazing with this weather that we had no ties or shoot offs this time. The AA class was close but when the last target dropped, Greg came out on top, just 3 targets back was last years HOA winner Brett, and just one target behind him was first time CYT shooter Kyle. In the A class returning shooter Jack showed he was back in top form leading the class by 5 targets, 2nd & 3rd were taken by newcomers Josh and Nico separated by only 2 targets. The B class saw last years Rookie HOA Arek lead the pack by 2 targets, and returning shooters Jason and Duke one target apart for 2nd and 3rd. In the C Class the boys had their hands full trying to catch new shooter Emma, she led from start to finish coming out on top by 4 targets, also new this year was 2nd place shooter Danny, and just 4 targets behind him was returning shooter Garrett.
November 16th - Golden Gun Club

	The 2nd stop of the season was a cold one, the sun was out and the wind was absent, not a bad day to shoot trap. The scores were high all the way around, I guess no one told the kids it was cold out...The AA class saw the first natural 100 by Jared, just 2 targets behind was 2nd & 3rd place, one round shoot off was all that was needed to break the tie. In the A Class the scores were tied for 1st - 4th place, Grady & Zane stumbled in the first round leaving  Sierra and Jared to go another, by 3/4 of a target Jared edged out Sierra to take the win. In the B Class Bo took the win by just 3 targets over 2nd & 3rd, after one round of shoot offs Duke came out on top by 1/4 of a target. C Class saw new shooter Emma take the win for the 2nd time this season, and returning sisters Shey and Allison took 2nd and 3rd respectively separated by just one target.
December 7th -  Pawnee Sportsmens Center

	Who would of thought that we would have a such a nice day to shoot in Colorado in December, it was 60 degrees and no wind!! The weather made for some great scores and lots of shoot offs,  The AA class was led with the 2nd natural 100 by Brett with 2nd & 3rd tied with 96's, one round of shoot offs was all it took to settle this one. The A Class was tied for the top 5 places, after 2 rounds of shoot offs, youngster Ben came out on top by a target over 2nd place Sierra. The B Class was also tied for the top 3 spots, this one only took one round to settle the scores. Only 2 shooters were signed up in the C Class, and they ended up tied after the program 100, it only took 1 round to determine the winner of the class.
January 11th - Berthoud Gun Club

	It was a cold one in Berthoud for the January shoot, the turnout was great and the scores were awesome. Only 1 target each separated the top 3 places in the AA class with no shoot offs, but in the A class the top 8 were tied to battle it out for the 1st - 3rd places, after 2 extra innings, all the scores were settled. The B Class was all knotted up for the top three places, one extra round and all was done. We also shot 100 ATA Handicap targets, we had 2 yardage groups, Sierra was the short yardage winner and and Brett was the Mid Yardage winner, they received 5 boxes of shells each donated by the Berthoud Gun Club
February 8th - Golden Gun Club

	It was a warm but windy day in Watkins Colorado for the February stop of the CYT tour, scores were a bit off, but the turnout for the shoot was good. The AA class was tied for 3rd & 4th spots, a one round shoot off settled the score and Brett came out on top. The A class was tied for the the top 3 places, another one round shoot off was all it took to decide the places. B class was tied for the top 2 places, another one round shoot off settled the score in this class. In the C Class the placement was settled in the program 100.
March 15th - Weld County Fish & Wildlife

	This was by far the best weather we have ever had for any CYT shoot, the scores were high all around and shoot offs were a plenty!!! The Double A class was close all year, a tie for first place was settled after just one round of shoot offs. The A class was tied 8 spots down, after 3 rounds of shoot off, Tyler came out on top after a 25 from the 25 yard line. the B Class was tied for the top 2 and the 3rd and 4th spots, it took 2 rounds of shoot offs to settle the scores. the C class was the only class that was determined in the program 100.

	The 2014-2015 season concluded with a great day of trap shooting, a little breezy, but manageable. The AA class saw average leader Brett pull off a squeaker, after the 200 program targets he was the leader by just one target. Followed closely by brothers Kyle and Zach, also separated by just one bird. The A class was tight as well with just one target separating the top two spots. The class winner didn't have enough stops to qualify for the TOC scholarships, so third place money went to the 4th place finisher Sierra. The B class had our only shoot off, after one round Arek came out on top. C Class shooter Danny recorded the highest handicap score ever shot in the CYT tour history with his handicap his score was 218, which made him untouchable as the class winner.
